SHARING...Thoughts and more

There are times I wish I could sail away to a place of peace and love.  I want to sail away to find hope and happiness.  I want to sail away from pain and despair…then I look around me and see that if I took the time to notice and appreciate all that I have, I do not need to sail away…I need to smile and thank those who show such patience, care and love.  I need to take the time to see the amazing beauty that God has given us all around.  Instead of sailing away…. I need to stand up and keep trying and never forget to be grateful for so many blessings.

  1. You've got a great photo of the rigging silhouette, so why not use it? If you want more color, mix it with another photo or solid contrast color, with a band or bar to separate the two Lettering could go on the solid or nearly image-less portion.

  2. I love your ideas and 30 years ago the colors were brighter. The photo is at least that old. I am learning so many new things but have so much more to learn. When I used a picture of one of my painting for the cover to my novel Journey Home it was a challenge for me. For Life Goes On I used a photo of mine. There are so many things I would love to do. What you described would be wonderful but I would not know how to begin. I also write poetry and some would go so well with some of the photos or I could take new ones.
